Gerard Oram Gerard ("Gerry") Oram is a notable British cultural and social historian, with a particular interest in the First World War.〔'Francis Bootle Publishers'' (Brief profile ) Retrieved: 8 December 2007.〕 He was a researcher at the University of Birmingham and the University of Swansea, before going on to teach at the Open University.
